On Thursday, September 10, the Gator Bowl Association kicked off its season at its September Committee meeting held at the Jacksonville Landing under the leadership of the 2010 Gator Bowl Chairman, Daniel Kennedy Murphy.
The evening held special significance for one of the Gator Bowl’s Past Chairmen, W.W. Gay as the Gator Bowl Association paid special tribute to him for his outstanding contributions to the Association.
