A: Tickets for the 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl are available beginning August 1st through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com

A: The 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl will showcase a team from the Southeastern Conference (SEC) against a team from the Big Ten Conference
Q: What time does the 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl Begin?
A: Kickoff for the 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl game will be at 12:00 p.m. on January 1, 2013. The stadium gates will open up at 10:00 a.m.
Q: What side of the stadium will my team sit on?
A: The Southeastern Conference team will sit on the west side of EverBank Field and the Big Ten Conference team will sit on the east side.
Q: At what age will my small child need a ticket to enter the game?
A: All children 24 months and older will require a ticket for the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket, but must sit in the lap of a parent during the game.
Q: How do I purchase car parking for the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl?
A: Car parking for the 2013 TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl is available beginning August 1st through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com
Q: Is RV / 5th Wheel parking available for the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl?
A: For inquiries about RV and 5th Wheel parking please contact Tailgaters Parking at (904) 353-1126.
Q: Is Bus/Limo parking available for the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl?
A: A limited number of Bus Parking spaces are available for $150. Limo Parking is available for $100. Bus and Limo parking is only valid for Game Day and can be purchased by contacting the Gator Bowl Association Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700×234.

Q: Is handicapped parking available for the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl?
A: Handicapped parking is available for purchase on a first come first served basis by contacting the Gator Bowl Association Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700×234. A state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required to park in a handicapped parking space.
Q: Is there a handicap drop off area at the stadium?
A: There is a drop off area on the west side of the stadium. Patrons should head toward Lot M. At the entrance of Lot M you can request to be allowed to the drop off area. The parking attendant will give you a pass that allows you access to the drop off area.

Q: Is tailgating allowed at EverBank Field?
A: Tailgating is allowed in the EverBank Field Parking lots. You are allowed the use of one parking space per parking pass held. If you need additional room for your tailgate set up, you may purchase additional parking passes and display them so they are visible to stadium staff. If you are bringing an RV or pull behind vehicle you will need a special pass that will grant you access to the appropriate lot.
Q: I lost my tickets for the game. How can I replace them?
A: The TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl Ticket Office requires ticket holders looking to replace lost/stolen tickets prior to the day of the event, to fill out a Replacement Ticket Form. Only the Ticket Holder of Record for the account can complete a Replacement Ticket Form including their credit card number and expiration date to guarantee the integrity of the replaced tickets. Tickets that have been stolen will be replaced with an official police report at no charge to the Ticket Holder of Record. Tickets that have been lost or damaged will require a reprint fee. Q: Where is Will Call located?
A: Prior to Game Day: Everyone picking up tickets at Will Call will need a photo ID to verify delivery. Tickets purchased through the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl Ticket Office will be available for pick up at the Gator Bowl Association Office on December 30 and 31, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is located on the East side of EverBank Field to the left of the East Touchdown Club Entrance (One Gator Bowl Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32202).Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are only available for pickup on Game Day.On Game Day: Tickets purchased through the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl Ticket Office or Ticketmaster can be picked up at the EverBank Field box office located in the north end of the stadium between gates 2 and 3. Will call opens at 10:00 a.m. Each participating school will also have a separate will call for tickets purchased through the schools respective ticket office. The schools will call areas are located at the north end of the stadium by the USO and Honor Rows entrances. Please contact the participating schools ticket office for more information regarding their will call procedure. There will be an additional will call located at the St. Johns Town Center on January 1, 2012 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Will Call will be located in the Cantina Laredo Parking lot at the corner of Town Crossing and Big Island Drive.
Q: I have tickets to the game, but can’t make it. Is there a way I can resell my tickets?
A: The Gator Bowl Association has partnered with TicketsNow to provide a service that allows TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl ticket holders to resell tickets they can’t use. The service is called Gator Bowl Ticket Exchange.You can click here to visit the TicketsNow website where you can post your tickets for resale at Gator Bowl Ticket Exchange.
Q: When can I expect my tickets to be delivered?
A: If you purchased through Ticketmaster via Phone or the internet please click here for information regarding the delivery of Ticketmaster purchased tickets.If you are a Gator Bowl Association Member, tickets are sent out in early December via UPS and USPS. If you have not received your ticket package by Tuesday, December 15th, please contact the Gator Bowl Ticket Office at cmahar@gatorbowl.com or 904-798-1700×234.
