Open for dinner, III Forks specializes in prime cuts of meats. Much of III Forks success is centered on its specifications for beef. Restaurant officials say only six processors in the United States meet its standards for “prime” ranking by the USDA, which means that less than half a percent of all U.S. beef makes the III Forks quality grade.
III Forks features banquet and private rooms, patio dining, full bar, wine bar and lounge, take out is also available. The III Forks staff can customize the menu, wine selections, and table arrangements for special event needs.
